Located in the north of Shenxian county, Shenting Town is equipped with superior traffic and communication appliance. There is Beijing-Kowloon Railway to the east, Jinan-Handan Railway to the north and the nearby Jinan-Guantao Expressway. According to the historical records, Yi Yin, named Zhi, is the Chinese first Prime Minister. He is a famous politician and strategist served during Xia and Shang Dynasty. According to the Dictionary of Chinese Prime Minister and Chinese Famous Teachers of All Dynasties, Yi Yin stands first on the list of 878 famous prime ministers and 52 well-known teachers. He used to bury himself in Shen and farm here before assisting Chengtang in the destruction of Xia. He had assisted three rulers in the next 60 years and was famous as the patriarch of four dynasties and a good prime minister. Now there is a monument of Yi Yin and a pavilion which was rebuilt in Shenxian. |

Enjoying a good transportation system, cultural park of Yi Yin’s farming is 45km to Liaocheng and about 140km to Jinan. There are a lot of historical and cultural sites around it, showing distinct advantages in geography. Shenxian has a profound agriculture foundation and a long history of farming culture. A cultural park is planning to be built， integrating cultural exhibition of ancient and modern agriculture, demonstration of modern agriculture, leisure, sightseeing and amusement.
According to the initial plan, the park will cover an area of 400mu, including integrated management area, tourist area of Prime Minister, tourist area of experiencing farming, Shenzhou’s Folk Culture village and so on. When it put into operation, the annual profit will be 5million yuan.
